Luton Town U18s suffered a shock FA Youth Cup second round exit as they lost 2-1 at Conference North side Oxford City on Tuesday night.
The Hatters fell behind in the first period, before passing up a great chance to level when Isaac Galliford missed a penalty.
City doubled their lead just before half time as Luton found themselves 2-0 behind.
Paul Driver’s side pushed forward after the break and striker Daril Ngwala pulled a goal back with 10 minutes to go.
But despite dominating, Luton couldn’t find an equaliser and Oxford went through to face either Royston or Welling.
This weekend, the U18s travel to Northampton in the Youth Alliance League.
