LOAN WATCH: Stevenson helps Shots to Dartford draw

Hatters midfielder Jim Stevenson played 90 minutes as Aldershot Town drew 1-1 with Dartford in the Vanarama Conference on Saturday.

The 22-year-old who extended his loan until the end of the season last week helped the Shots make it three games unbeaten.

Striker Lee Angol scored after just 48 seconds, but couldn’t spearhead Boreham Wood to victory as they lost 2-1 at home to Havant & Waterlooville in Conference South.

Angol played 80 minutes before being replaced by Luton team-mate Charlie Walker who couldn’t notch a late equaliser.

Striker Zane Banton was introduced in the second half for Hemel Hempstead as they drew 2-2 with Ebbsfleet in front of a crowd of 1,636 in the same division.

Defender Brett Longden came off the bench in the 68th minute as St Neots Town drew 0-0 at Southern League Premier Divison leaders Poole Town on Saturday.

Ian Rees was involved in Hitchin Town’s opening goal as they won 3-2 at Chippenham when his header rebounded into the net off home keeper Kent Kauppinen, while Kynan Isaac played 55 minutes for Banbury United as they were held to a 2-2 draw by Arlesey Town.

Tuki Tayali scored for the second game running but Barton Rovers fell to a 4-2 defeat at Beaconsfield SYCOB in Southern League Division One Central.

U18s striker Ekene Amadi scored for AFC Kempston Rovers as they drew 2-2 with Holbeach in the ChromaSport & Trophies United Counties League Premier Division.
