The Oak Road end will be solely open to home supporters for the fourth time this season when Luton entertain Tamworth on February 8.
Previous openings of the end to home fans have seen the Hatters beat Hyde 4-1, Southport 3-0 and Gateshead 4-2.
Boss John Still has been a big fan of the initiative, saying: “I think it does give players a lift, absolutely I do.
“Does it make a difference to results? No-one knows, it’s difficult to say.
“But I think that for all of us, knowing the support is all around you and when you’re attacking one goal you’re being called complimentary names and not abusive names, also when you’re trying to take a corner.”
