Greg Taylor: 5 – Horrendous error handed Barrow the three points.

Steve McNulty: 5.5 – Big and strong but caught out of position several times.

Jon Shaw: 5.5 – Marquee summer signing got no change out of Barrow’s backline.

Arnaud Mendy: 5 Caught in possession far too frequently as Town were on the back foot from the start.

David Martin: 6 – Tracked back well and went at his man, but no end product.

Jonathan Smith: 5.5 – Covered plenty of yards but was often chasing shadows.

Ronnie Henry: 5.5 – Reliable if uninspiring fare from the Luton captain.

Andre Gray: 5 – Isolated up front and evidently frustrated by his service and lack of support.

Scott Neilson (sub): 6.5 – Made a real impact with his close control and direct running.
