The youngster backed his opponent to all corners of the ring and at times was unloading six and seven punch combinations which could have seen his opponent stopped in the first round.
He was sent out for the second round with instructions from coach Sab Leo to concentrate on technique and ease off power, which he did in what was a fantastic array of boxing to once again triumph.
The third round saw the Italian National finalist produce some of the boxing that had earned him that title.
However,it was too little too late and King finished on top in all three rounds.
He will now stay in Italy to prepare for his training day with England Boxing on Sunday.
