Practice makes perfect for Craddock
Hard work in training pays dividends for striker
Practice made perfect for Tom Craddock as he rammed home a left-footed winner for the Hatters on Saturday.
His 36th-minute striker was enough to earn the Hatters a 1-0 victory against Wrexham at the weekend, and he was delighted that his hard work in training paid dividends on the day.
"I practise with my left foot a lot in training. I've obviously got to be able to get onto my left foot and it's always nice that what you've practised in training pays off."
It was the 23-year-old striker's 14th goal of the season and his fourth goal in the last three games as he answered manager Richard Money's call to hit some form.
Craddock continued: "I'm just glad he couldn't tip it over and on to the bar and that it went in.
"It's a nice habit to get into so hopefully can keep it going for Tuesday and on Saturday and until the end of the season."
