Park started the game brightly with some good interchanges between forwards and backs to set up a number of chances which they failed to execute, largely down to the weather and a slippery ball.

Harbury looked largely unthreatening but on 28 minutes after having spent most of the game in their own, went over for a push over try, against the run of play.

Stockwood continued to try to play their flowing game despite the elements and this paid off minutes later when Trevor Fowler ended a good move to cross the whitewash.

The try was converted by Stephen Pollock and Park went in 7-5 ahead at half time.

Park began started the second half in exactly the same fashion playing some good rugby despite the rain and windy conditions.

Their efforts paid off after 10 minutes when pressure from the impressive Park forwards resulted in a penalty which was converted by Jason Carr.
