TEAM Luton won eight medals at the East Regional Championships over the last two weekends.
The club picked up two golds, three silvers and three bronzes as 14 members took to the pool, increasing last year’s haul by five medals.
Ten-year-old Aisha Karouai reached the final of the 100m backstroke and came seventh with a time of 1.26.09mins.
She also finished fourth in the 400m individual medley (IM) timed finals and set new club records in both these events along with the 200m backstroke.
Nathan Swift, 10, made five finals and picked up a silver medal for coming second overall in his age group.
