Retro rock n roll star at Charlie Brown’s

Retro rock ‘n’ roll artist Si Cranstoun is performing at Charlie Brown’s in Luton on Saturday.

Si and his band have been selling out club venues for the past few years, with fans queuing round the block hours before doors open and Saturday night at the Midland Road club is set to be another successful show.

The band include Mike Watts on Drums and Stewart Pannaman on double bass, and they have been booked for festivals across the globe throughout 2012.

Si Cranstoun’s new single Coupe De Ville will be released in November, the follow-up to last year’s jive Dynamo.

He writes, produces and records all of his own tracks, and was trained in the art of songwriting by Grammy Award winning Graham Lyle, who penned hits for Michael Jackson and Tina Turner.
