Fame - the Musical is at Milton Keynes Theatre from May 12 - 17

It’s based on the Oscar-winning musical and hugely successful TV series.

Now Fame – The Musical is at Milton Keynes Theatre next week.

The brand new production will take you on a high octane roller coaster, enjoying dizzy heights and crashing lows as a group of star-stuck wannabes embark on their quest for the ultimate accolade - fame.

At the world-famous New York High School for Performing Arts, a group of multi-ethnic multi-cultural talented young hopefuls undertake the journey of their lives.

They include fame-obsessed drug addict Carmen, ambitious actress Serena, wisecracking comedian Joe, quiet, saintly violinist Schlomo and ‘talented but dyslexic’ dancer Tyrone.

Ambition, triumph, heartbreak and romance conspire to steer them off course – and the pressure is too much for some.

But these kids are detemined to live forever and as they rocket through breathtaking dance routines and show-stopping tunes, Fame – The Musical is the feel-good sensation you will never forget.

Bursting with dynamic dance and unforgettable songs including Play a Love Scene and the title tune, the show

has enjoyed seven West End runs since its US premiere in 1988 and continues to be performed to huge acclaim all over the world.

It’s directed by award-winning director/choreographer Gary Lloyd.

> Fame – The Musical will be at Milton Keynes Theatre from Monday (May 12) to Saturday (May 17).

Tickets cost from £10 to £37.50 and are available from the Box Office on 0844 871 7652. Or book online at www.atgtickets.com/miltonkeynes
