Hatters duo head out on loan

Town duo Ross Lafayette and Ian Rees have joined Welling United and Hitchin Town respectively until the end of the season.

Lafayette, 27, signed for the Hatters from the Wings in the summer, but has only featured 14 times this season and had a loan spell at Woking recently.

Meanwhile, first year professional Ian Rees has extended his loan at Southern League Division side Hitchin Town for the rest of the season.

The 19-year-old midfielder scored for the Canaries last weekend in their 2-1 defeat at Dunstable Town.
