Take your chance to win Panto prize

Panto Factor takes auditions to a new level this year as anyone, boys or girls, aged 16+, whatever your background or experience in the arts, can take a chance for stardom on the Grove Theatre stage in 2013’s Dick Whittington. Not only are we bringing our very own theatrical version of The X Factor to town but we’re also filming every moment which will be featured online!

This is how the process works: phase 1, you audition in front of a panel of judges; phase 2, call backs for the ‘boot camp’ style workshop; phase 3, eight finalists will be chosen and assigned to work alongside an industry-led professional mentor.

This journey continues out onto the stage where each individual will compete against one another, fighting to become the crowned winner! These performers won’t be alone as the mass audience becomes central of their surroundings.

You need to be thick-skinned, energetic and ready for action as Panto Factor is just the beginning!

The winner will then have less than 12 weeks to transform into the perfect panto performer and take centre-stage as Dick Whittington!

That’s not all! There’s also a massive opportunity for budding dancers to make their mark in this year’s panto. Come along to the Grove Theatre on audition day with nothing but your ‘game face’ and willingness to show producers exactly what you’re made of, no preparation necessary.
