Popular play is set to make a killing at the box office

The popular play follows the story of a group of people gathered in a country house cut off by snow. To their horror, they discover that there is a murderer in their midst.

Who can it be? One by one the suspicious characters reveal their sordid pasts until the identity of the culprit - and the motives - are finally revealed.

Small screen star Michael Fenner (Doctors, Footballers Wives) takes the role of Mr Paravicini, with Helen Clapp as Mollie Ralston, Anne Kavanagh (Chichester Festival Theatre’s Goodnight Mr Tom, August: Osage County at the National Theatre) as Mrs Boyle, Charlotte Latham as Miss Casewell and Stephen Yeo as Christopher Wren - all reprising their roles from the production in London’s West End.

They are joined for the Autumn leg of the tour by Christopher Gilling (ITV’s Law and Order, BBC1’s Silk) as Major Metcalf, Henry Luxemburg (Hollyoaks, Hotel Babylon) as Giles Ralston and Luke Jenkins (Scenes from an Execution, Unicorn Theatre) as Sgt Trotter.

The award-winning actress, best-selling novelist and all-round (in every sense) funny lady has written a new show based on her life and career.

It’s called 30 Million Minutes – her reckoning of how long she’s been alive – and consists of a cornucopia of delights along with the odd irksome tribulation as she takes audiences through the various lessons life has taught her, and the things she knows for sure.

Dawn is currently on a 90 date UK tour and she’s convinced it won’t be long before she’s too doolally to perform it. The evidence is there for all to see – she’s already three-quarters certifiably daft. The other quarter is utterly bewildered. And the remaining quarter simply can’t do maths.

With a sharp eye for comic detail and a wicked ear for life’s little absurdities, Dawn shares how she’s misguidedly attemped to be a fully functioning female human for all 30 million minutes so far.

Her extraordinary lack of willpower, combined with her canny ‘nosey parker’ knack and an enviable talent for showing off has driven her to grapple with the big stuff in public.

Dawn said: “I’m sick with excitement about this solo tour. I’m enjoying the fact I can’t categorise exactly what it is but it’s somewhere between a monolgue, a play and an auobiographical slideshow with a few funnies thrown in.”
