Luton Irish Forum holds a weekly Tuesday and Wednesday Club from 11am - 1.30pm at 102 Hitchin Road, Luton LU2 0ES.

This is a great chance to meet old friends and make some new ones. Refreshments are all included along with soda bread, scones with jam and monthly chicken and chips. Entry costs £1, plus optional £3 for two games of bingo and a raffle.

The Future Libraries Festival at Flitwick Library continues, with the library playing host to a language café from 9.30am to 11am with native speakers keen to share their language, and from 11.30am to 1pm local crime fiction author Adam Croft and And Publishing will be running a workshop on how to self-publish. In the afternoon, local groups will go head to head in the community challenge competition. The fun begins at 3pm.
