
Those Magic Beans are putting on Dick Whittington with Leslie Grantham as Dirty Rat, Ryan Moloney as Idle Jack and Jasette Amos playing Fairy Bowbells - not forgetting gorgeous dame Leon Craig as Sarah the Cook.
So if you fancy appearing alongside these famous faces, shimmy on down to the Dunstable venue on Sunday (September 15) where there are open auditions for high-steppin’ hoofers.
Grove spokesman Adrian Gilmartin said; “We’re looking for dancers of all ages in four categories – six to 11, 10 to 15, seniors aged 14 to 18 and professionals.” Registration is from 9.30am.
You can also be in the audience when Dick himself – or herself! – is chosen.

The eight finalists will perform at a grand finale on Thursday, September 26, when they’ll appear, X Factor style, in front of a panel comprising Jasette, Leon, actress Anna Kumble and Dunstable Gazette editor Lynn Hughes.
Tickets are only £5 each and it promises to be a highly charged event as the entertaining octet battle it out for the title role.
