Certificate will help raise home care standards says company boss

The Care Certificate is being introduced in March 2015, in the wake of the The Cavendish Review into healthcare assistants and support workers in the NHS and social care settings. It found that preparation of healthcare assistants and social care support workers for their roles within care settings was inconsistent.
