Citizens Advice Luton is proud to be part of the Citizens Advice network. We have been providing vital support to people in Luton for over 30 years.
Record numbers of people are turning to us for help as the country faces its biggest cost-of-living crisis in decades. Last year we helped over 11,500 people with over 70,000 issues. Demand for our Adviceline has more than tripled with calls from people in crisis over soaring costs for energy and everyday essentials. We’re helping hundreds of clients per year with crisis support - like accessing food banks and emergency charitable support. Demand that shows no signs of slowing down.

We rely on support to provide free, independent and impartial advice to thousands of people every year in our community. And we believe nobody should have to face problems alone. There’s still a long way to go to get through this crisis, but with continued support, we’ll be able to help many more of the people who urgently need us.
We're already helping thousands of people each year. With your support, we can be there for even more. Please donate today and help put a stop to someone's sleepless nights. Your kindness could help them find their way forward through the challenges ahead:
We are a charity working for the whole of society - whoever you are, whatever your problem.
