Strawberry Star, the developers behind Lu2on, are excited to announce the scheme won the Mixed-Use Architecture Award at the UK Property Awards 2020 (International Property Awards 2020) for the East of England region.

The award ceremony in December, will reveal whether the scheme receives 5-star rating and proceeds to the next level for honours.

Well-known architects Flanagan Lawrence and Stuart Forbes Associates designed Lu2on.

Chairman of Strawberry Star, Santhosh Gowda, said: “Lu2on is a transformational development on the former Vauxhall factory site, and we are delighted to be shortlisted for this prestigious award.

"It is a testament to everyone who has been involved in the scheme from the architects, interior designers through to the local council who we have been working closely to bring forward this fantastic development.
