The showrooms at The Poynt, in Dunstable Road, opposite Tesco at Skimpot, are part of the mixed use development.

Other major neighbouring occupiers include Premier Inn and Perrys car showroom.

The showrooms have extensive roadside frontage, from 4,230 sq-ft to 16,178 sq-ft. They have the benefit of a lower-level car park for 74 vehicles.
