Luton legal director receives Mayor’s Appreciation Award

Bilal Farooq, 32, from Greystone Solicitors, recently received an Appreciation Award from Cllr Tahir Malik in recognition of his projects.
Busy Bilal has held career talks at The University of Bedfordshire, helped with speed networking at the University of Hertfordshire, and has previously held an open day at his law firm for Luton sixth form students.

Careers advice isn’t Bilal’s only mission. To support residents, his Dunstable Road firm provides free immigration drop-in clinics every Friday and Saturday, and a free employment drop-in clinic every first Monday of the month from 6pm until 8pm.
There is also a free housing drop-in on the first Friday of every month between 12pm and 5pm, and free phone consultations (employment and family matters) after 6pm on weekdays. His firm also holds free immigration clinics at Women’s Aid, the British Red Cross and Stepping Stones.
