Superdrug unveils major store expansion at Luton Point
Superdrug has officially reopened its doors at Luton Point following a major store expansion, bringing an enhanced beauty, health and wellbeing experience to local shoppers.
As part of the redevelopment, the store has significantly increased in size, expanding from approximately 5,000 sq ft of sales space to nearly 10,000 sq ft. The larger footprint has allowed Superdrug to introduce new categories, improve customer flow and create dedicated zones for beauty services, product play and healthcare consultations.
The newly expanded store introduces a significantly wider beauty offer, with a strong focus on trending products and hands-on customer experiences. Shoppers can now discover an expanded makeup range and for the first time at this location, a dedicated selection of highly sought-after Korean and Japanese skincare brands, including Beauty of Joseon, SKIN1004, Anua and Hada Labo. Popular makeup brands such as Morphe, BPerfect, Trouble Maker, MCo. and W7 have also been expanded, alongside brand-new space for electricals from Mermade, Remington, Revlon, BaByliss and Braun.
The store features new product play and demonstration areas, allowing customers to discover trending beauty brands. The upgraded space introduces a new Beauty Playground, alongside in-store beauty treatments, a piercing service and a dedicated Brow and Lash Bar.
The expansion also sees a major upgrade to Superdrug’s healthcare offering. The Pharmacy area now includes a new Nurse Clinic with multiple consultation rooms, providing increased capacity and privacy for appointments. Services available include travel vaccinations and medications, PCR tests, occupational health checks, family health services and HPV vaccinations.
