Vauxhall wins for driving change in its work culture

Vauxhall, in Osborne Road and Kimpton Road, was placed fourth out of 66 organisations in the Top Employer 2012 awards.

The car and van maker has been praised for the way it engages with its workforce.

Research by the human resources specialist the CRF Institute found that Vauxhall Motors offers its employees exceptional working conditions with particular emphasis on secondary benefits, like annual leave and flexible working, and the company’s open culture.
