Shine a spotlight on outstanding service with Luton Point

Luton Point have showcased a new initiative to celebrate their stores’ outstanding customer service, with a new ‘Store of the Month’ competition.

Each month the public will be invited to nominate a store or staff member at the shopping centre who has made a lasting impression, starting on May 1.

Whether it was an instance of exceptional customer service or a member of staff that consistently goes above and beyond, Luton Point are looking to award one store each month with a £25 gift card of their choice to recognise their dedication and hard work.

To nominate, shoppers can fill out a simple form on the Luton Point website, sharing who deserves to win and why. This small act can make a real difference in showing appreciation to those who go the extra mile to create outstanding experiences for customers.

The competition was previously being run amongst staff at the centre, with May being the first month where the public are granted the opportunity to have their say.
