Join carnival make-up artistry masterclass
A SPECIALIST class in carnival make-up artistry will be held at Luton’s UK Centre for Carnival Arts on Sunday (May 20).
It’s aimed at practising make-up artists or students at foundation level of their training.
It’s headed by multi talented former Genesis Carnival Company creative director Simone Williams who also designs costumes.
