£20 computer man to talk at uni’s event
Jack Lang co-founded and chairs Raspberry Pi Foundation, which developed a computer that costs about £20.
The Raspberry Pi was launched in February 2012 and within a year sold more than one million units.

Hide AdMr Lang, who will be speaking at the University of Bedfordshire’s Knowledge Network Putteridge Bury Conference Centre, near Luton. on Wednesday, May 29, says mistakes were made along the way. “This is the story of how NOT to set up a company,” he said. But his perseverance paid off, with the business projected to treble its growth by 2014.
He will say how the company took an idea from the laboratory into business, the highs and lows of growing a new company and will offer tips.
