Coronavirus latest: 24 new cases and zero deaths reported in Luton today

24 new instances of coronavirus were reported in Luton today (Monday) with zero deaths, according to figures from Public Health England.

The total number of cases in the borough now stands at 18,905 (+24).

Over the past seven days, 328 people were diagnosed with Covid-19 in Luton, down by 141 (-30.1%) from the previous week.

No new deaths (within 28 days of a positive test) were reported in Luton over the weekend, with 477 in total since the pandemic began

There have been 4,182,009 lab-confirmed cases across the UK, up by a daily rise of 5,455.
