Three new deaths (within 28 days of a positive test) were reported in Luton yesterday with none today, leading to 334 in total since the pandemic began

The case rate in Luton is now 777.7 per 100,000.

Elsewhere in the county, Central Bedfordshire has 11,870 (+325) cases while Bedford's figure is at 9,994 (+299).

There have been 3,395,959 lab-confirmed cases across the UK, up by a daily rise of 38,598.
