45,955 deaths have been recorded within 28 days of a positive test, with a large daily rise of 280 deaths since yesterday.
It was announced today that Luton will move into "high alert level" Tier-2 of the government's coronavirus restrictions.
The new restrictions will come into effect at 12.01am on Saturday, October 31.
