Luton Herald and Post newspaper publication announcement

The distribution of the Luton Herald and Post will be suspended as of next week, following the announcement by the Government on Monday, restricting free movement – but we are not going away!

During these exceptional times, we were informed by our third-party company that distributes the Herald and Post, that they could no longer guarantee being able to get the paper out to households. This means that, for time being, we can no longer produce the Herald and Post in print.

So, this will be the last edition for the foreseeable future but we will be constantly reviewing Government advice on the movement of people and working with our distributor.

We are all too aware the important role we play in our communities, providing our readers with vital information at a critical time - and connecting our communities through the news and information we serve. We also recognise the need to help to support our advertisers who are very much part of our publishing business.

We want to reassure you that we will continue to do so via our websites, www.lutontoday.co.uk and dunstabletoday.co.uk as well as our related social media channels.

We will be constantly updating our website with relevant information and request that you continue to let us know your news, views and send in your pictures to [email protected] so that we can help to report on our local communities.

We have a long history of working together through the good and difficult times. These are the most challenging weeks and months ahead but together we will navigate our way through them.
