Are you a warrior?

IT’S not too late to sign up to the Warrior Adrenaline Race in aid of Help For Heroes on Saturday April 14.

The 5km or 10km obstacle race, run by Regiment Fitness, is a fun army-style challenge.

Reporters Richard Redman and Connie Primmer will also be taking part in the warrior challenge on Dunstable Downs.

Obstacles include rope swings, monkey bars, tyre hand and climb-and-slide.

It’s £22 to sign up until April 7, and £35 on the day.

Entry includes donation to Help For Heroes, a free goodie bag, T-shirt, red bull, chip timing with immediate text message of race time and a live DJ and free massages on the day from www.prettyspersonaltraining.co.uk.

Regiment Fitness aim to raise £10,000 for charity Help For Heroes, which supports the rehabilitation of injured servicemen and women and rely soly on charitable donations.
