Celebrate songwriter
FANS of the popular singer-songwriter John Denver will enjoy the nostalgic show Country Roads at Dunstable’s Grove Theatre next week.
The production, which takes to the Court Drive stage on Wednesday, September 14, covers all the musician’s most memorable hits including Annie’s Song, Leaving On A Jet Plane, Rocky Mountain High and 70s anthem Take Me Home, Country Roads.
One of the first artists to sell more than 10 million copies for his Greatest Hits album in 1973, Denver also released over 300 songs.
Celebrate his life with Country Roads, featuring a live band, the show is dotted with anecdotes and humour as well as a full screen video production. Call the box office on 01582 602080 for tickets.
