Cycletta at Whipsnade Zoo!
LADIES of all ages and sporting ability enjoyed a fantastic day out at Cycletta, Britain’s first women-only cycling event on Sunday.
With the presence of Olympic gold medal winner Victoria Pendleton and support from the Cycletta team, as well as ‘feed stations’ with sweets and drinks en route, it was great fun for everyone.
Spectators waiting in the Cycletta Village at Whipsnade Zoo cheered every woman over the finish line, and participants were treated to massages, manicures and goodie bags as rewards for their efforts.
The rain held off and there was even time to visit the animals and enjoy some well-earned refreshments before heading home.
