Fabulous designs in students’ fashion show

The collection is made up of work from the final projects for the extended diploma in fashion and clothing, level three.

The work is based on the concept of the Breast Cancer Think Pink campaign, and 40 per cent of the ticket price for the show will go to Breast Cancer Campaign.

College lecturer Aneesa Kiani said: “The show is an opportunity to promote our students but also to raise money for Breast Cancer Campaign.

“There are growing numbers of breast cancer patients in our community but less awareness.

“We want to raise awareness about cancer and also to show families of the fashion students and the local community the talent these ladies have.”

The show will take place at Chiltern Hotel Banqueting Suite in Luton on Wednesday June 19, from 6pm - 8pm.

Tickets are £5 for adults, £2.50 for children.

Entertainment, refreshments and clothes stalls will be available.

There will also be information on courses for the summer programme and new academic year and tutors available to speak to on the night.
