Get ready to rock with The Feeling in Ampthill

THE FEELING are headlining this year’s AmpRocks in Ampthill Park tomorrow night.

The BRIT-award nominated band will be supported by pop rockers Oscan, pop punk group As We Climb and Singing 4 Chips.

Fran Bove, head of the AmpRocks committee said: ““To attract a band like The Feeling - with a massive fanbase and a string of chart hits over the past few years – is testament to the growing stature of AmpRocks.

“Pauline Black memorably kicked it off two years ago, then the Lightning Seeds, one of the biggest indie bands of the last 20 years, rocked Ampthill last year. They were two great gigs.

“And the AmpRocks success story continues with The Feeling. We’re all so excited to secure a band of this calibre and we just know it is going to be a brilliant, memorable night.”

The Feeling shot to fame in 2006 when their debut single Sewn reached No7 in the charts.

They have since followed that up with a string of hits including Fill My Little World, Never Be Lonely, Love It When You Call and I Thought It Was Over – all of which made the Top 20 and all but one reached the Top 10.
