Other expensive properties included 40 Ludlow Avenue, Luton, which sold for £920,000 in January 2020; 48 Magpie Meadows, Caddington, which sold for £759,950 in March 2020, and The Old Granary, Millfield Lane, Caddington, which sold for £730,000 in February 2020.
