MISSING: Have you seen Marvin?

Marvin is a three-year-old ginger cat who lives in the Lewsey Farm area and his owners are increasingly concerned for his safety.

Janette Flaherty said: “Marvin is a much-loved cat, he is part of the family and we just want him home. If anyone sees him please call us as soon as possible, or if you can grab him and keep him in your house I will come and pick him up straight away.

“He is very friendly and very brave, but he gets frightened in thunderstorms and we think he ran away and then lost his bearings and can’t find his way home.”

Marvin has several distinguishing features including a black ‘beauty spot’ inside his mouth, tiger stripes across his body, white socks on three of his paws and a longer white sock on his back leg.

Janette said if you whistle, he will come to you.
