See in summer with three top comedians

Three contrasting comics are coming to Dunstable for the final Barnstormers Comedy show of the season.

The Grove Theatre hosts raconteur Jason Patterson, offbeat musical comedian Robert White and droll surrealist Mark Maier on Thursday June 16 at 8pm.

Jason Patterson started out in comedy in 2006 has since performed at comedy clubs all over the UK Jason won the Comedy Store Gong show in 2008 and has gone on to perform a series of impressive spots there. Jason’s strong performances have led to him being nominated for Best Newcomer at the Black Entertainment Comedy Awards 2008, and he won the n 2010 Loaded Laftas Rising Star Comedy Award.

Robert White is a versatile performer who does both musical comedy or straight stand-up, and has written for other comedians and for TV panel shows. The Scotsman’s Kate Copstick described him as “an extraordinary talent, or maybe an extraordinary person. Maybe both.”

Award-winning writer and stand-up Mark Maier, is an established and highly sought-after performer on the national and international comedy circuits. He has worked the comedy clubs of Germany, Holland, Ireland, Hong Kong, The Bahamas, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand and has also appeared at The Comedy Store in Los Angeles. He has also has taught and performed improvisation with Catherine Tate in London.
