Care Quality Commission inspectors assessed the Ashburnham Road accommodation in January, they looked at whether the service was safe, effective, caring, responsive and well led.

They concluded that the service was good in every area and the report highlighted that staffing levels were safe.

Inspectors noted that the service was deemed to be caring and supportive and the report states ‘we observed that people enjoyed taking responsibility around the service and that staff enabled them to enjoy their day as independently as possible.’

Debbie Neill, Advance’s director of services, said: “Our dedicated team is incredibly passionate about supporting people.

“Our staff strive to ensure our customers receive the support they need in a caring and welcoming environment which supports independence.
