Burglars assault family in Luton home

Beds Police is investigating after four men assaulted a dad as he opened the back door of his home in Buchanan Drive at around 9pm on Monday, April 13.

The victim’s son was then assaulted while another member of the household was threatened.

One is described as black, of slender build and aged in his mid-20s, wearing a dark, double-zipped hooded top, which was covering most of his head, and dark trousers.

The others are all described as slim.

The offenders made off with a mobile phone and left in two cars in an unknown direction.
