Paris House restaurant has retained its prestigious Michelin star status. After originally celebrating its inclusion in the 100th edition of the Michelin Guide Great Britain and Ireland in June 2011, the restaurant, which is set on 22 acres of picturesque deer park of the historic Woburn Estate, has successfully kept its place in the list of one star restaurants outside London, and is still the only Michelin starred restaurant in Bedfordshire.
This news contributes to an already successful year for Award-winning Executive Chef, Phil Fanning, after Paris House was listed in the UK’s top 50 best restaurant in the Waitrose 2015 Good Food Guide.
Following the string of 2014 achievements this has led to an increase in media exposure for Paris House which included an appearance on Chris Evans’ BBC Radio 2 Breakfast show.
Executive Chef Owner of Paris House, Phil said: “Myself and the team are all delighted to retain our Michelin Star for the fourth consecutive year. It demonstrates how much hard work we have all put in, constantly raising the standards of service and food, and exceeding the expectations of our guests. This standard of service stays true to what Paris House is all about and we will strive to grow further in years to come.”
