Call goes out for carol singers
'Tis the season to be jolly, so how would you like to put some festive spirit into shoppers at Sainsbury's?
Local charities are being asked to fill a number of carol singing slots at the supermarket’s Bury Park branch.
As well as exercising their vocal chords between 12noon and 6pm (or as long as they can keep going for!), groups can hold a bucket collection to raise money for their own worthy cause.
The dates for singing are December 19 to 24.
