Close encounter with animals at special night
DON’T forget that Whipsnade Zoo’s annual after-hours Zoo Nights extravaganza is just around the corner.
On Saturday, June 30, the zoo opens its doors to present guests with a chance to spend the evening with some remarkable animals.
The schedule includes talks from keepers as well as animal demonstrations like ‘Birds of the World’ and ‘Sealion Splash’.
There will also be stilt-walkers, steel bands and a dance group creating a carnival atmosphere while chefs cook on the main lawn.
