Appeal after man assaulted in apparent road rage incident in Luton

The incident occurred on Tuesday 1 December at around 2pm on Oakley Road. A man was tailgated by a silver Audi saloon car that was sounding its horn, he pulled over and was approached by the driver of the Audi who subsequently punched him.

The offender is described as an Asian man, aged around 21 and of slender build.

PC Allan Taylor investigating said: “The offence took place on a busy residential road and it is likely there were witnesses to this incident. Anyone with information that could assist our enquiries is asked to come forward.”
