Luton man charged over Eaton Green Road stabbing

A man has been charged with knife and drug offences, following a stabbing in Luton last week.

Clayton Newton, 21, of Anmer Gardens, Luton, has been charged with wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm and possession of a knife.

The alleged offences relate to a serious stabbing in Eaton Green Road on Monday, March 8.

Mr Newton has also been charged with possession with intent to supply Class A drugs, possession of Class B drugs and being concerned in the supply of cocaine.

He has been remanded into custody ahead of future court appearances.
