Pastor cleared of sex charges

A church pastor has been cleared of carrying out sexual assaults on two teenagers.

A jury at Luton Crown Court today cleared Paul Taylor, aged 29, of Meyrick Avenue, Luton, of both the allegations.

Mr Taylor had worked as a pastor with the central Baptist Church and Stopsley Baptist Church.

Mr Taylor denied sexually assaulting the men and told the court he had been left feeling hurt and isolated by the allegations.
