Six men from Luton, all in their late teens or early 20s, have been arrested and bailed in connection to the disorder, pending further enquiries.

Detective Sergeant Ben Stone, from the Crime Investigation Team, said: “Although our investigation is progressing well and we have made a number of arrests so far, we are still urging anyone who witnessed this brawl or who has any video footage to come forward and let us know, as this will help us piece together how this came about.

“This type of violence won’t be tolerated and we will do all we can to investigate this incident thoroughly and see that these culprits are dealt with accordingly.”
