Police are investigating after a teenage boy and a man were stabbed in Luton last night (Thursday).

Officers were called at around 8.40pm yesterday evening (Thursday) to reports that a man in his 20s and a teenage boy had sustained stab wounds during an incident on Marsh Road, Luton.

A spokesperson for Bedfordshire Police said: "Two people were taken to hospital, but their injuries are not life threatening.

"A man and a teenage boy have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and the investigation is ongoing.

"Anyone with information is asked to call us on 101 or make a report online quoting reference 504 of 5 November."
