Four teenagers have been arrested after a man was stabbed in Luton this afternoon.

The 18-year-old man suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries in the incident, which happened in Lower Wellington Street at about 12.45pm.

All are currently in custody.

Lower Wellington Street was cordoned off last night while scenes of crime officers continued their investigations.

“We are continuing our enquiries and are trawling through CCTV to identify anyone who was involved in the incident.”
