An industrial grade vacuum cleaner containing harmful asbestos has been stolen from a demolition site in Houghton Regis.

The vacuum cleaner is similar to the one pictured – but is an orange Numatic vacuum.

Bedfordshire Police are warning people not to handle or tamper with the vacuum if they come across it – and to call 101 or report online, quoting reference 281 of 3 April.
