Driver cut from car after Toddington crash

A WOMAN had to be cut out of her car after a crash in Toddington yesterday afternoon (Sunday June 10).

A black Vauxhall Vectra was involved in a collision with a black Volkswagen Golf at around 3pm outisde the BP petrol station in Dunstable Road.

The driver of the Vectra was taken to the Luton & Dunstable Hospital but her injuries were not serious and she was later released.

The road had to be closed while emergency services worked to clear the scene.

Bedfordshire Police are looking for any witnesses that may have seen the incident, and say they would particularly like to speak to the driver of a light blue Volkswagen Golf.
